7 Habits of the Multi-Million-Dollar Producers by Randy Gage:

All multi-million-dollar producers develop these seven habits,
whether consciously, or subconsciously.

1) They Have Strong Posture

They know what they have and they paint BIG visions to candidates
and team members.

2) They Practice Daily Self-Development

Every day, never waste commute time, 30 minutes a day will
transform your life. Structure a culture of S-D on your team

3) Demonstrate Consistency

The business takes 10-15 hours a week - do you really do this?
What do you do during those hours? Are you consistent on
Leadership Sessions, daily exposures, follow up, attending the
events, etc?

4) Are Willing to Sacrifice

Are you using your kids and spirituality as an excuse - or a reason
to do the business? Are you willing to unplug the TV for a couple
months?

"I will do today what others will not do, so tomorrow I can do what
others cannot do."

5) Project the Appropriate Image

Do a mirror check every time you leave the house. Do you look
like a leader? Dress on purpose

MLM Revolution: Last Night I Witnessed An Attempted High Jacking

Yesterday afternoon network marketing trainer and global field leader Randy Gage sent a broadcast email to members of his list declaring “The Revolution is About to Start!” promoting a live event in California to be streamed live on U-Stream – cool. Naming the company is not important, we are talking about the revolution, so take this as generic observations and advice that applies to our profession as a whole.

U-Stream is an amazing free service and it allows you to broadcast in high quality streaming media and reach a huge audience. I applaud the effort to put on an event of this size and the broadcast started without a hitch. I have attended many U-Stream events and have a channel of my own and have conducted a few sessions myself and there are a few things you can always count on; people spamming their personal website links, cynical people being rude, and a few viewers generally misbehaving. No problem, the moderator can block those people. What I witnessed last night was much worse.

There was an organized attempt to high-jack the broadcast primarily from people in a position of leadership (I did not say leaders) of another company that was so transparent they should be nominated for Jay Leno’s “dumb criminals” list. How can I be so certain, well the truth always reveals itself and many figured it out, called them out and most of them fled the scene. Problem solved! Well not so fast.

On January 1st a large group of professionals within network marketing agreed to pursue a common cause to revolutionize the network marketing profession in order to bring our profession into the mainstream. The actions of a few may have impacted new prospects to our profession and reaffirmed their preconceived ideas about what we represent. The revolution is not about competition among the revolutionaries and their companies, it is about elevating our profession. So who did these shenanigans harm?

Randy Gage will continue to live the dream lifestyle that he has earned, Tony Zolecki, Sarah Zolecki, Gary Hasson, Shai Samuel and others in attendance will get up this morning and continue to work with the willing, the company – no hard done. The distributors present in the room and viewing the telecast have already decided, so if they where the intended target, too late. The victims of this foolishness are the new prospects of the network marketing profession who may have had their chance to see the value in our profession stolen from them, and ironically the reputations of the perpetrators of these actions.

Randy Gage, Art Jonak, Carlos Aponte, Jr., Tom Schreither, George Ruiz, Cory Citron, myself and thousands of others have vowed to be active members of the network marketing revolution, to clean up our profession of such practices and usher network marketing into the mainstream. When we see such mis-deeds we have an obligation to speak out and leave no question that being in a position of leadership comes with the responsibility to be a leader. We saw both the best and the worst on display last night and I had to embrace those among the best of us and call out those who have missed the point entirely.

The release of the "MLM Revolution a Manifesto" by Randy Gage has served as a tipping point for a broader discussion which has commenced among many of our industries top leaders and those who want to grow their businesses following the highest professional standards. Why I Created This Blog

My name is James Holmes and I am a coach, mentor and global team builder in the home based business profession. I was introduced to our profession through a traditional network marketing company in the wellness niche and I have had a tremendous experience meeting leaders and helping others on their path to discover their dream life.

I have been privileged to be associated with Randy Gage over the past 18 months and I have learned a great deal from him through workshops in Denver, Miami and Salt Lake City, in addition to weekly training calls and a number of his books and audio recordings.

When I heard that he was going to release his "MLM Revolution" on January 1, 2009; I eagerly awaited the release and downloaded a copy at the exact moment it became available. Knowing that Randy rarely minces words, I knew that he would make good on his promise to shake up the profession with an honest assessment of where we have been and where we are going. I also knew that not everyone would agree because it is a very big subject.

Randy Gage's "MLM Revolution" has certainly stirred the pot and it has inspired several of the top leaders in our profession such as Art Jonak and Carlos Aponte Jr to lock arms with a common purpose for the good of network marketing to answer the call and raise the bar to bring our profession into the mainstream. We have joined the revolution!

There are forums, a FaceBook group and other blogs that are echoing the sentiments expressed by Randy and a few of their own. This is a broad group of professionals including brand new distributors who want to build their business the right way and top earners who have built six figure monthly incomes. The door is open to anyone with a sincere desire to clean up and elevate the profession of network marketing.

I wanted to do my part to support this worthy movement and I am doing this in a number of ways:

1. First, to abide by the principles of the movement in my own business
2. To support my fellow revolutionaries by engaging in their projects to spread the word
