My name is James Holmes and I am a coach, mentor and global team builder in the home based business profession. I was introduced to our profession through a traditional network marketing company in the wellness niche and I have had a tremendous experience meeting leaders and helping others on their path to discover their dream life.
I have been privileged to be associated with Randy Gage over the past 18 months and I have learned a great deal from him through workshops in Denver, Miami and Salt Lake City, in addition to weekly training calls and a number of his books and audio recordings.
When I heard that he was going to release his "MLM Revolution" on January 1, 2009; I eagerly awaited the release and downloaded a copy at the exact moment it became available. Knowing that Randy rarely minces words, I knew that he would make good on his promise to shake up the profession with an honest assessment of where we have been and where we are going. I also knew that not everyone would agree because it is a very big subject.
Randy Gage's "MLM Revolution" has certainly stirred the pot and it has inspired several of the top leaders in our profession such as Art Jonak and Carlos Aponte Jr to lock arms with a common purpose for the good of network marketing to answer the call and raise the bar to bring our profession into the mainstream. We have joined the revolution!
There are forums, a FaceBook group and other blogs that are echoing the sentiments expressed by Randy and a few of their own. This is a broad group of professionals including brand new distributors who want to build their business the right way and top earners who have built six figure monthly incomes. The door is open to anyone with a sincere desire to clean up and elevate the profession of network marketing.
I wanted to do my part to support this worthy movement and I am doing this in a number of ways:
1. First, to abide by the principles of the movement in my own business
2. To support my fellow revolutionaries by engaging in their projects to spread the word
3. Producing a mastermind series on the manifesto for my channel http://www.jamesholmes.tv/
4. Creating this blog and inviting constructive, honest and inspired dialogue with your comments
